As a Real Estate Consultant, I always make sure I understand my clients' needs before providing them with any proposals. My role here is to assist my clients to realize their dreams of upscale living and to achieve financial freedom.
My goal is to assist my clients to be well-informed and confident in making critical decisions which are beneficial to their families and themselves in the future. With the right strategies and plans, many have grown their assets and wealth.

1.Residential Sale (Landed / Condo)
Many owners whom I assisted before have aspiration to upgrade to bigger house for their ever growing family lifestyle or better environment for their family in EC / Condominium. They have been very satisfied with the special marketing formula which allow maximum exposure for the property at the same time fetching the best possible price at the current market.

2.New Projects (EC / Local )
I have served buyers from all walks of life to buy new projects. Most new EC projects buyers whom I assisted are young couples in buying their matrimonial home. There are also some buying 2nd pte property for investment after carefully financial progression planning.

3.Residential / Commercial Leasing
Some landlords are clients whom I have done planning for them when they bought the properties for investment purpose. I often exceed landlords' expectation in getting good tenant profile and in fetching the market rental price. Most important is to shorten the waiting time for any further loss of rental income.
